The Perspective Behind Como
Como Creative is a creative space shaped by curiosity, intuition and inspiration found in everyday life. Founded by Aleyna Tepe İper, Como grew from a personal way of thinking, creating and bringing ideas together. That perspective continues to shape everything we do today across Studio, Society and Shop.
Meet the Founder
Aleyna Tepe İperFounder & Creative Director
Como Creative grew from Aleyna Tepe İper's way of approaching ideas: with curiosity, observation, and a desire to understand what lies beneath the surface. With a background in psychology and a practice spanning strategy, storytelling, and creative direction, she brings together different ways of thinking to create work that feels intentional and authentic.
For Aleyna, creativity begins with paying attention—questioning what already exists, collecting references, making unexpected connections, and turning inspiration into something new. Como grew naturally from this way of working: as a place where ideas can be explored, developed, and given the freedom to find their own form.
Today, that perspective moves through everything Como creates, from the brands and stories shaped within Studio to the conversations of Society and the objects of Shop.
